My wife and I have two cats - one five y/o and one kitten - and Heart of Harlem has been amazing with both. Not only are the receptionists lovely and work with you to find a good time for appointments, but the facility is really beautifully set up and made both us and our cats feel right at home. The nurses and vets are friendly and knowledgeable, and make sure that you are seen at your appointment time. Definitely the best vet office in the city - 10/10 recommend!
Truly the best vet experience we've had. Everyone from receptionist, doggy vet techs to the vet herself took time to play with our dog prior to examinations so she felt safe. Our dog is the BIGGEST baby, and they made her truly feel at home. We really appreciate their attentiveness, suggestions and patience with answering all of our "first time dog owner" question. They were also very open about costs, and respected the fact that sometimes finances are hard. Summary? They're super honest, friendly, and intelligent. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!
From the first call to make an appointment to paying my bill, everyone was friendly and professional. I also appreciate that they reviewed my costs before starting any procedures. I see that as a sign of respect. The clinic is clean and modern. I also appreciate the technology they use for communications. I found my NY vet and will be returning.
The staff at HVC is to be commended. Excellent service, care, concern and professionalism is exhibited. You feel it when you walk through the glass door! You sense your pet will be well taken care of by the knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Dr. Sola!
Dr. Sola and the team at Heart of Harlem are truly kind, compassionate, animal-loving people. My puppy gets to the door and doesn't look back at me as he runs to join the other dogs at daycare. With all of Barney's ups, downs, and emergencies, they keep me updated and well-informed. I know he's in good hands when he's here.
