The food is very good, but things can get a little pricey since you are charged by the pound. The food is served buffet style, so I tried to get a little bit of everything. I was very satisfied with my meal and the legendary Knicks guard Walt "Clyde" Frazier walked in the door while I was there! So overall, it was a great experience.
Ox tails very tasty,green beans seasoned well,corn good,fruit fresh.The greens needed more seasoning. Courteous service .Friendly people eating there with children.The bathroom wasn't clean basically the ONLY bad thing.I give it 3 in a half Stars.
OMG everything here is fresh and deliciously sinful. It is buffet style dining. The seating is a bit tight. They have live music Saturdays.
I was very pleasantly surprised by their buffet. They have excellent choices to please a soul food craving! The oxtails were delicious and the collard greens were just perfect!! I recommend this place. They can improve their customer service but as long as the food is this great, I can put up with a little rudeness.
Hello. I've heard awesome reviews from my friends for quite sometime. However, last week my friend invited me to dinner. Personally, I did not like the food. The yams were squishy and not freshly made. The rice and beans were plain and the escoveitch fish was hard and tasteless. I'm not saying this is always the case. This was just my experience.
