Beautiful inexpensive furniture but waited forever for a sectional. If you need to speak to someone on the phone don't bother. They don't pick up during business hours. When I went to the store the staff ignored my complaint (clearly not their problem).You're better off buying CB2 online, then you can avoid the bad customer service.

An average home goods store experience . The staff is a little too hands off unless you look the part. I believe they offer free delivery so you should shop at another CB2 location or online for a better experience.
