Not much here for Male Men in the clothing category, but my wife found what she was looking for. Men's bathrooms were not clean and one was broken. They are also hard to find. Clerks were polite and tried to be helpful, but I'm not the demographic. Too small to have a decent furniture selection. The do have plenty of rugs.
Truly professional staff... extremely knowledgeable and they seem to like their job. Love their shoe department. Not always the best quality for your buck but their sales cushion the blow.
The building is an iconic spot in NYC but if they are still stuck in the 30's with their customer service I guess it's time for a change.
Here is a good idea of why Amazon is eating their lunch. I placed an order online on my wife's account for in store pickup. I didn't realize that meant my wife would have to pick it up and that I could not. Get it, so called in to change the name. They told me that it could not be done. So let's review:

Great place to spend time browsing luxury brands. There is pretty much something for everyone.

Staff are nice and happy to help when needed
Huge shopping ‘mall’ with every known famous designer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On the day I went they even gave me a 25% discount because they had marked the boots I eventually bought with the wrong price tag. I was obviously very happy about that. I would go again! Very good shopping experience! It was also very nicely decorated!
6. I should have gotten it for Amazon that the store 4 blocks from me. Would have thought walking 4 blocks would have been easier but I guess not.
