Service was relatively fast and the car was good. I really enjoyed driving that Impala. Very easy drop off.
I originally booked it as a 2-day rental, but because the shop needed 1 day extra, I spoke to the Hertz rep & asked to have my contract extended 1 day, and they said no problem.
Great rental. Very easy and convenient location. Everyone complaining seems a little out of it.

I was eventually able to fix this problem by borrowing another CC from a friend to put the hold on.
I gave it 4 stars (not 5) only because in my haste, I left home without my wallet, and only had a couple of cards on my person, none of which were a credit card. Corp rules do not allow for holds to be taken from your debit card (even if you have the cash is available in your account) nor can they take cash as a deposit. This rule seems silly, and I know it's not the location's fault, that it is a company rule.
The staff there are very friendly and helpful - everything went off without a hitch.
Staff was very accommodating. I typically drive to work every day & park in the lot next door to the Hertz facility. Due to the lot damaging my car & sending it to the shop, I need a rental to get to/from work & sales calls.
Bad experience, which is still reflecting over my vacations trip. The staff seemed not to care much about our needs and expectations. Will collect all the data that I have and will soon write a letter to Hertz. It is probably better to pick the car up at JFK.
I booked my car on the internet. Great service both when I came to pick it out and also returning it. I got childseat and GPS and the people were very helpful. I will definitely return to this office if I need to rent a car.
