This is a very convenient little amusement park inside Central Park. It's not inexpensive, and everything is Trump branded, but the kids have a great time. Anything that will keep kids outside and entertained is a win.

This place would be sooo much better if their staff would be nice to people. They act and look like they don't like their job. I've seen them screaming at the kids when giving instructions to them. They are so rude and nasty, and such an ugly attitude in their faces. This amusement park needs to train their staff and have a meeting with them. They want business, so their goal should be to make people want to come back to them. From my part they lost a customer who only bought unlimited tickets, but I can't tolerate ungrateful people who hate their job being mean to kids. I literally put one of them in their place when that woman screamed at my child trying to give him instructions about the seatbelt of a ride, I stepped in and put that woman in her place. She tried to mess with the wrong kid. Anyways, NEVER AGAIN coming back to this place. Why would such a great place have miserable people working for them???

There's an indoor area (it's a skating rink in the wintertime, it's the try-on and skate rental area) that has some food and arcade style games and some small cafeteria tables.

I'm not crazy about writing bad reviews, but recently i went to storyland in New Hampshire. The staff high fived the kids, would constantly ask if the kids were having a good time while the kids were on the ride. At Victorian Gardens everyone looked miserable.

It's ok for a bit of time. Could be so much more. It's really pricey. Adults have to pay even though not going on anything and it just seems very tired. Having said that my kid loved it!

My recommendation for a good time is to get everything settled at the door. You want everyone to have unlimited wristbands, fine. Make everyone pay, but once we pay whatever the cost is, just let everyone have a good time. Don't be rude to the families with 2 or 3 kids, they're paying NYC amusement park costs and trying to have a good time.

This amusement park has all of the right components to make it one of the greatest things in Central Park. Rides are fun, even on the busiest days never seems crowded, however the staff can really put a damper on your day. They don't realize that easily you can blow a couple of hundred dollars on a family of 4. We're already all wearing unlimited wristbands, everyone pays admission, yet we felt as if they were doing us a favor. Staff seemed a little hostile, especially when there were no lines. I asked if i could keep toddlers on same ride when no one else had lined up. Very rudely members of the staff made me feel as if i was trying to take something. NO YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE LINE, but there was no line. Anyway, unbuckled toddlers just to go around. Maybe because this is the city they feel that everyone is trying to pull a fast one.

There isn't much shade outside, so be prepared with sunscreen and water.

It is very enjoyable for kids under the age of 10. Even 10 is pushing the limit. There is little shade for adults to sit in and teenagers get bored easily. It is perfect for city kids who don't see amusement parks that often, but on the other hand their park hours are very unpredictable. The staff is mediocre at best, but nothing more. The prices are fine, but on thing that bugs me is that once u pay admission to the park if your child wishes to play any games then you must purchase more tickets. You can feel free to let your child run free as you can see everything because it is a small park. Overall good experience, but really for smaller children.
